Hi there, I’m Stephen, gay male, looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful flatmate. I enjoy gym, yoga, cinema and catching up with friends.

My flat is on the first floor of a purpose built block in Bromley-by-Bow, just a few minutes walk from the tube, Devon’s Road DLR is also close by providing easy access to both Central London and Canary Wharf.

The room is available for short term let (3 to 6 months) and all bills are included.

The bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, bedside table, shelving unit and new carpet. The living area is open plan kitchen, dining and living room. You will have majority use of the bathroom (I have an en suite but occasionally enjoy a soak in the tub!). There’s also an east-facing terrace balcony from the living room.

This is my home, not just a flat. I respect who I share the space with and expect the same from you.

I’m looking for a lodger who is friendly, respectful, clean, tidy and happy to socialise together in the flat occasionally.
