**ABOUT FEES & MOVING FORWARD**
The monthly rent £1,120 is inclusive of Hyperoptic 500MB broadband and council tax (Tower Hamlets Band D). Other utility bills will be divided equally at approximately £60-£90 each month per person (EPC rating Band B).
