Room in a two-bed flatshare

My current flatmate (and landlord) is moving out to travel the world, and we are looking for someone to move into his room in a bright and warm, newly built flat in Bromley-by-Bow.

We are primarily looking for a short-term let (for February), with the possibility to extend to a long-term arrangement.

The flat has a two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen/living room, and a massive balcony overlooking Canary Wharf. Bromley-by-Bow tube station (Hammersmith & City and District lines) is a 5–10 minute walk from the flat, so it’s very well connected to the City. You will be staying in the bigger room (which also has a desk which does not feature on the picture).

You will be living with me, a young professional who works half the week from home and half from the office. We have a great set up for working from home which we can share :)

We are open to people, hence no specific description of the desired flatmate - but generally we are looking for someone chill but respectful - the classic flatmate mix we all read about 😊

All bills are included in the rent.
