En-suite in 2Bd/2Bath across station:Flexible stay

Hello All, My flatmate of 2 years is finally moving out and with a heavy heart, its time to find someone to replace her. I am renting out an en-suite in 2 bedroom 2 bath - new build apartment across the street from Bromley by Bow station . There is a Gym Group below the building and a Tesco Superstore right across the street and a Hello fresh beloow the building as well. Bills included too- Exactly availability is yet to be decided.

About me (flatmate) : I am a management consultant moved from NYC 5 years ago. I am pretty laid back, low maintenance, wouldn’t say no to weekend night out plans or weekday wine/movie nights. I respect privacy and would be happy to make you my Guinea pig to my cooking experiments. I spend a lot of time home in my own den so hoping to share the house with someone who I can be comfortable in calling a friend.
