Furnished bedroom with your OWN bathroom

Got an amazing big property in the heart of Bow, by Bromley station. Rent is £913 and deposit is £1102 which needs to be paid directly to the agency.

Bills are between £150-250 depending on time of the year because of the electricity prices and usage. Water bill paid by landlord :) Total for everything varies between £1150-1250.

10 second walk to the underground and you have Hammersmith and District line
you can catch. All within a minute of each other so it’s super handy to get places FAST!

It’s a cosy room and you get your own big bathroom with a bathtub. Bathroom has massive wall mirror by the sink. I’m getting new floorboards put into the bedroom and getting rid of the carpet so it’s easier to keep clean.

The rest of the property is huge, with high ceilings and a long balcony with the view of London. You can see the Shard and The Gherkin on the balcony. It’s super cute in the summer which is near :)

This is a hidden gem and super cheap for the price.

Better to come view the apartment yourself.
Comes with a lift and a communal area outside the building as well.

It’s pretty quiet around here but if you’re somebody who likes to keep themselves to themselves or likes to be in and out the house easily, this is the flat for you.

Looking for a cool, calm, friendly female to take the room who HAS to be super clean (not negotiable) because the house is always spotless and has to be maintained like that. Messy/lazy people - please don’t bother respectfully.

This isn’t a house for people who are party animals or people who always have the need to socialise or have the living room busy with friends every day. I work at home so need the space respected and need quiet times. That doesn’t mean you can’t be comfortable and do your own thing! I sound more serious than I am lol.

Ideally someone who is a working profession and works in their office as I work from home all week so 2 people working from home gets too much, as I am on back to back meetings all day.

I do also spend a lot of time in my room as I run an online business too.

I’m super chill, I keep the house clean every day. Hoover gets done twice a week (in turns) and I wash up my dishes as I go along because I respect my space to be clean and expect the other person will do the same. It’s just common courtesy!

I’m friendly but also mind my own business. I’m in and out the house a lot and I travel a lot too so sometimes you will get the whole property to yourself. Easy to live with! Love fashion and music!
