Hi all,

My roommate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to take her place for the remainder of the 1 year contract from Mon 10 June (with some flexibility on this date). The contract expires in December but we expect the landlords will continue with us as they have done for the past few years. I am looking for a female.

This 12th floor room is a large modern with a king size bed, offering great views of Canary Wharf (which can also be seen from the balcony, with a view of City of London to the right). It comes with an en-suite and all furniture pictured (apart from the desk chair) included. Extra storage is available in the boiler cupboard in the hallway.

The location of the flat couldn't be more convenient - in zone 2, less than a minute away from Bromley by Bow station and close to Devons Road DLR. You have access to a free on site gym and 24/7 concierge (other gyms are also close by). There's a small Sainsburys located at the foot of the building and a big Tesco less than 5 mins walk away. It's close to Stratford for all your shopping needs (Westfield), and close to Canary Wharf as well as Victoria Park/ Bow Road where there are plenty of restaurants/coffee shops.

You'd be sharing with me (31 year old professional, paralegal). I'm looking for someone who would like to treat the place as a home, is friendly and sociable, but also respectful of each other's space and will help keep the place clean.

Bills come to around £140- £160 per month each, plus quarterly payments for water.
