Spatious 1 Double-Bed

Hi everyone! My flatmate is set to leave the flat so we are looking for someone to take a double bedroom in Bromley-by-Bow (5min walk from the station, with huge Tesco 2min walk) and the letting period will be for the 16th of September until start of February (around the 9th/16th but can be flexible).
Room comes with a bed and dresser. You will be living with one female flatmate and I.

Short stay is because I'm getting married and will look to leave this new modern flat. If you enjoy the apartment there is the option to stay on but you will be responsible for finding new tenants to fill the two other rooms.

We're all working full time, love the outdoors and the occasional rave together. We all love food too and are all POCs, like to keep the place tidy and clean the best we can although we're all still human and sometimes have to run out when we're running late etc hehe. We are also very welcoming and hospitable and like having people over, guests as well (friends visiting from abroad) so hoping to find someone who has a similar mindset in that. In terms of chores- we clean up after ourselves when cooking etc and every so often we do a deep clean together. We are looking for someone who is sociable, respectable and ideally not someone who stays in their room 24/7...just bring good vibes and energy 🙌🏾
