Looking for a flatmate Doubleroom in East London -

Hello everyone,

Hope you are well. We are in the process to rent this property with a 12 month contract but one of our friends are leaving back to Italy so fortunately this opens a new opportunity to share this place with one creative chill professional.

We are looking for a professional to take over a nice single/double room which goes for £770 + bills pcm starting from 9th July 2024/ 1 year contract. The agency will request deposit and references check (employment contract & right to rent status) before signing the contract.

Bathroom: shared with only one person, as the 3rd person has an en-suite.

Bills: ranges from £100 to £140 pcm/each depending on the time of the year. (water/electricity/council tax/wifi)

The flat is a new built with balcony, renovated kitchen and lounge, and communal garden. The agency freely can change your bed(size/mattress) if requested at the beginning of the contract. The building is super well located (3 min walk to Bromley by Bow station / 3min walk to Devons road DLR)and connects you to central london in 30 mins (Oxford Circus), close to Qmul university, and 15 mins away from Stratford.

You will be sharing with me(he/him) Calin 24 from Romania working in software/ sound
during day time and interested in playing and making music, vinyl and cooking and growing plants and Ronnie(he/him) 32 from Cape Verde works as a supervisor in Farringdon who is into basketball, music and long bike rides. We are very tidy and we enjoy keeping it ourselves but also like to share time together. We go out some weekends and invite people over for some good times, play basketball often and cook together.
