Room available is a single (due to huge wardrobes for storage a double bed can’t fit) for 900pcm + bills. You will share the bathroom with one other person

I’m viewing it with the agent on friday, so please only message me if you are either able to come to the viewing or able to proceed without a viewing. After viewing it I want to put in an offer so you need to be ready to proceed with the contract. Please send me a bit about you and also your salary (or a range that it is in) as there is a minimum combined salary we need to make to lease the flat.

About me:
I’m 22, I have worked in the civil service as an economist for 4 years now. I love exploring London, art, but I also play tag rugby twice a week and do yoga! I have a lot of decorations I’ll bring to the flat, as well as a ninja blender and a double ninja air fryer !! I enjoy nights out but I’m not a huge drinker but when I do I’m always very respectful about coming home and not making a racket haha.

The other housemate is my friend from tag rugby and she is in her late twenties and super lovely.

It’s super important to me that my space is clean and tidy so I’m looking for someone who is the same.

I want the flat to be a calm place because my work is quite intense so it won’t be a party flat/afters flat haha

Ideally I’m looking for someone mid/late twenties or older who wants to make it a home, and be friends/hang out/binge tv together
