Hi there!

We are looking for a 3rd flatmate to take on a small but cozy double room in our amazing flat next to Bromley-by-Bow station from September 2024.

The property is a relatively new build from 2010 in a residential and safe area. It has all amenities (including a washer-dryer and dishwasher), concierge, a large kitchen and living room with a private terrace in a communal garden. The flat is 2 minutes away from the station and a Sainsbury's, and 5 minutes away from a massive Tesco.

We are professionals in our early 30's working in the fintech space and are usually at the office (some days we can also work from home). We are quite relaxed and easy-going and we would be looking for a similar person to join our flat.

The price of the room is £850 pcm. Bills are around £100/month per person.
