Double Room Lease Takeover in Bromley-by-Bow

I am looking for someone to take over my room as I am moving out end of August/1st September. The room is available for a short-term lease takeover until September 29th, with all bills included and no references required.

The room is available for females only. My flatmate is super friendly and very kind. She would prefer someone who doesn’t make much noise, as she sometimes works from home, and is clean. No pets or couples, please. The room comes with its own private double bathroom. As well as plenty of storage space, a double wardrobe and chest of drawers, a desk, cleaning supplies (hoover, mop), and a dishwasher. The flat also features a balcony, dining area, and living room space, with a large rooftop terrace at the top of the building.

The area is very safe with 24/7 security at the door and a concierge. There’s also a residents gym and outdoor communal grounds, for walking around as well as benches. There’s also parking available.

Bromley-by-Bow station is just under 5 minutes away, and the DLR station (Devon’s Road) is also about 5 minutes away. It takes around 20 minutes to get to Canary Wharf from here and 30 minutes to central London, so transport links are excellent.

There is a pharmacy right across the flat less than a minute's walk away, a Tesco superstore is a 10-minute walk, and there is a Sainsbury’s Express 3 minutes away.
