Hey hey, I’m leaving our peaceful London apartment and moving to Bali for a couple of months (Oct & Nov) to study. I live with my beautiful best friend Steph who will be staying while I’m away. We’re looking for someone that will complement the current vibe we have and love/respect the apartment as much as we do while I’m away.
We’ve been living at the apartment since they built it last year and love it, it’s so well connected with Bromley By Bow station a couple of minutes away with the District, Hammersmith and City and Circle lines, trains arrive every 3mins that makes transport into central bliss.
The building is on the banks of the River Lea with great amenities including a shared rooftop with city views, a co-working space, 24-hour security/concierge and weekly yoga classes.
The apartment is top-spec with Bosh appliances (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher + fridge/freezer). Along with underfloor heating throughout and a private balcony.
We’ve calculated rent, council tax, wifi, electricity, water and gas so it’s just one fixed price per week. Looking for someone ideally to move in the first couple weeks of October till the end of November
