Double bedroom in a friendly 2-bed new build flat

Hiya,

I'm looking for someone to move into my spare room in Bow. I've been living in the flat for the past 5 years and am now looking for someone to join me. The room is a nice big double and comes with a private bathroom (my room has an en suite so you'd have it to yourself). I'm happy for the room to come furnished or unfurnished, I'll be removing the desk that you can see in the pictures and happy to buy a bed if needed. Also happy with someone making it their own and re-painting or whatever they want.

The flat is a 2-bed on the 5th floor of a new build development with a balcony, a shared private garden area, right on the canal, close to a big Tescos and a 10 minute walk to Bromley-by-Bow tube station. It's available from 1st October for 6 months to start with. Rent is £1350 + bills (£1500 a month with all bills and a fortnightly cleaner included).

I'm a 29-year old research professional who works from the office most days. I'm looking for a like minded flatmate who also works in the office a lot but will make it their home and enjoy the occasional bottle of wine over a bowl of pasta!
