We are looking for a housemate for a minimum of 6 months, to sign a 12-month contract (with a 6-month break clause).
Flat is lovely with great views of the City of London, close to two supermarkets (Sainsbury's Local and Big Tesco) and within walking distance of good pubs/restaurants in Mile End. There are also DLR, District and Hammersmith connections nearby.
The estate comes with its own gym, available for only 120 Pounds per year.

Bills for the month incl. council tax usually come to around 150 pounds each.
