Myself and my flatmate are both working professionals in our twenties. I’m moving out as I’ve just bought a place so keen for someone that is tidy, organised, and chill - but also likes a good chat over a cuppa, to take my place 🙂
Ideally, you're not the party type or the type that would have people staying over on the regular.
I don't have a clear moving out date as of yet as I'm waiting on the final paper work from the solicitors so if you have some flexibility on move dates that would be ideal.
* About the place and neighbourhood *
- The flat has a balcony, comes fully furnished with dishwasher, washing machine, and overlooks a private garden.
- It’s really well insulated - we hardly have to turn on the heating during winter!
- There is a concierge and a gym that is for residents.
- The area is a mixture of families and young professionals and is quiet and peaceful.
- Sainsbury’s local and Tesco Extra are 5 and 8 mins walk away and there is a pharmacy and GP practice beside the apartment block.
- Canary Wharf and Stratford are 15 minutes away so lots of things to do nearby.

The flat is 5 minutes walk away from the District / Hammersmith line and DLR. We find we are able to get anywhere in London in around 30 minutes or less!
