We are three young and relaxed professionals looking to sublet a room in our flat from 1-13 Feb. We are an easy going group and enjoy our evenings watching tv and cooking together. Please note: this is an all-girl flat, we are only accepting applications from other women, thank you!

We have 1 modern double en-suite room in our four bed, four bath flat available from 14 Feb 2026. The room is £760pm, utilities come to around £110pm so £870 total! Also we are council tax band E.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and side table.

We are conveniently located less than 10 min walk from Bromley-By-Bow tube station (less than 20 min commute to central), and 2 min walk from Devon’s Road DLR station (6 min to Stratford and 8 min to Canary Wharf).

The building has bike storage and friendly neighbours.
