I’m moving out on 25th of November and I'm looking for a replacement

It's a fully furnished, new build modern, very well set up house.

Situated in Bromley by Bow - 5-7 minute walk to Bromley by Bow Station (District & Hammersmith line, Zone 2), 2-3 minute walk to the closest bus stop that takes you to either Canary Wharf within 20 minutes or Stratford within 10 minutes. The apartment is above a river with a view of the Canary Wharf Skyline.

You would be sharing with my current flatmate who is female and is a paralegal at a law firm.

The flat has a decent sized living room which is fully furnished and has a fitted kitchen with rated appliances, everything you'd expect, fridge / freezer, washer / dryer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. You won't really need anything in the kitchen except of course your utensils.

The room to let is furnished with a large double bed, a spacious wardrobe, 2 bed side tables and comes with a desk and chair. You've got your own private bathroom, it is an en-suite.

The apartment has a private courtyard / garden space, a cinema room, cycle store.

Rent is £1,250 per month excluding bills.

Viewings ideally to take place ASAP. My current flatmate will be able to give you access because I'm at work all week. If you're available after 6pm on the weekdays I'll be home to show you around.
