Hi all! I have recently moved into this gorgeous 2 bed 2 bath property and I am beginning to look for someone to share it with me. You will have your own bathroom (as I have an en-suite) which will only be used by yourself and maybe an occasional guest. The room will be furnished with a wardrobe, king size bed, a chest of drawers and a 55 inch TV by the time you move in.

About the flat:

The apartment itself is on the 8th floor of a 9 story building. Approximately 1 minutes walk away from the Bromley-by-Bow station (District, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines). There is a massive Tesco 3 minutes walk down the road. As well as 'The Gym Group' gym in the development which just recently opened. There are two cabinets for ample storage.

About me:

I am professional working in the luxury sector with a varying schedule. I enjoy staying active via running, tennis, football, cycling, snowboarding and other activities, therefore I generally keep quite busy. I do enjoy cooking at home, but also love going out and finding new restaurants, as well as a drink at a pub or two. I generally like to clean as I go and keep a tidy living area and I'd be expecting yourself to respect the shared spaces the same way.

About you:

I am looking for someone who has a calm/mature lifestyle as there will be no big parties thrown at the property. Ideally a professional who does NOT WFH. Shared interests would be a big bonus, but this can be figured out during the viewing.
