Location: Postcode E33QS. Located opposite a gym, close to various night busses, and a mere 2 Minutes walking distance from Tesco’s. A further 4 minutes walking distance away from Devons Road DLR (Zone 2), where you can get to Canary Wharf in 6 minutes, Liverpool Street in 15 minutes. Bromley by box underground station 10 mins walk away. Superstore Tesco 10 mins walk away and Iceland and Chrisp street market 10 mins walk away.

Furnishings and Amenities: All bills included, triple door wardrobe, double bed, 3 seater sofa, desk and chair

Bills: All bills included in rent such as gas, electricity, council tax. WiFi at 12 pounds per month

Current tenants: 2 females in their early 30s

Required: looking for a female who is organised and maintains the cleanliness in common spaces such as the kitchen and washroom. Since it is a sublet, I will be leaving some things of mine in the room so I will be requiring a deposit of 400 pounds which will be refunded as soon as the month is over and I'm back.

To maintain the peaceful environment in the house, we don't have guests over.
