We are 2 females (1 corporate who works from home a lot and the other emergency services and works shifts)

* Big shared living and kitchen area with comfy sofas and tv
* balcony with views of Canary Wharf
* A 5 minute walk to both Bromley-by-Bow underground (district line) and Devon’s Road DLR
* Sainsbury’s local 5 min walk and Tesco superstore 10 minute walk
*gym, concierge, bike storage and parking (at a cost, is around £600 for 6 months if needed)

* Rent £950 (bills roughly £130 a month)
* Available Dec 15th
* Furnished with double bed, mattress and wardrobe
*shared bathroom with 1 other (large bathroom cupboard each)

What we’re looking for:
* Fun, open-minded, and friendly person who enjoys a cute dinner in, spending time together and the occasional night out
*someone clean (v important to us lol)
* We’re 24 and 25 so similar age ideally
* No pets, no couples
* 6-month tenancy minimum
