Shops, cafés, gyms, and everyday amenities are all nearby, while the flat itself remains quiet and residential.
Shared with just one other person, so no rotating flatmates or busy household.

This would suit someone mature, independent, and easy-going, with their own routine and social life. Socialising and nights out are absolutely fine — just more outside the flat than in it.
Ideally, you’re naturally tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and appreciate a home that feels comfortable and settled rather than a typical flat share. I’m not looking to recreate a social-house dynamic - just a relaxed, respectful home shared between two people.
