I am seeking a new flatmate for a lovely spacious flat in Bromley-by-Bow (E3). The flat is in a new building, fully furnished, and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It includes a spacious kitchen and living room which has a sofa and armchairs, a dining room table, lots of extra counter space, and loads of windows and natural light.

There is also a balcony with views to Canary Wharf, Stratford, and the City. There is a 24/7 concierge, a gym, and bike storage facilities in the building. And a shared terrace on the upper floor of the building.

It is a short walk to the nearest tube station, Bromely-by-Bow on the District and Hammersmith & City lines, and to the Devon’s Road station on the DLR. Grocery stores are very nearby and it is a short walk to the canal.

A bit about me. I’m a Canadian living in London, I’m nice, easygoing, pretty tidy, and I’m quite social. I like to socialize with my flatmates but also respect that we all need our own space.
