It's a 3 min walk from Bromley by Bow Tube Station (can get to central on tube approx 20 min). 7 min walk from Devon's Road DLR - 7 min train ride to Canary Wharf Station. 5 min walk to massive Tesco, 3 min to Sainsbury's by station and 2 minutes to a Simply Fresh. 24 hour Gym is also 2 minutes away. 7 min drive to Stratford Station and Westfield (Uber usually £5-7). Parking available but may be additional (negotiable).

All bills included, except for electricity which will be quarterly. Bathroom is shared but you will have primary use of it as I have an en-suite in my room (I just might want to take baths on the weekends). Service charge for apartment included, however, rent may increase to reflect future service charge increase.

One very friendly housemate. Fantastic location especially if you don't drive. Housemate is friendly female lawyer who is very sociable.
