The room to rent is an en-suite furnished double bedroom with a new carpet, double bed, desk and large built in wardrobe. The flat is a 3 minute walk from Bromley-by-Bow station on the District line and Hammersmith and City line. Devons road DLR station is a 5 minute walk away which gives easy access to both Canary Wharf and Stratford in less than 15 minutes. There's a shared kitchen-living room with a balcony. The building also offers a residents' private garden and concierge. There's a big Tesco's 5 minutes and a little Sainsbury's 2 minutes walk away. The apartment block (including lift) is well maintained and modern.
