En-suite room available for sublet/long term

My flatmate is moving away soon, and her room is available from November 15th.

Details:

• Located in Bromley-by-Bow, in the middle of Canary Wharf and Stratford
• Rent is £1425 + bills.
• 5 minute walk to Bromley-by-Bow station, and a bus stop just outside the apartment, specifically for the D8 bus that takes you to Canary Wharf
• Big Tesco 10 minutes away and there's a Sainsbury local next to the tube station. Tonss of options for ordering groceries as well, which is what we usually do
• Room comes with bed, bedside table, and a small armoire and private bathroom outside of the bedroom
• Massive balcony that overlooks the East side
• Cinema room
• All welcome, but please note that I am currently not paying council tax until June due to my student status

You'll be living with me! I'm Canadian, 26 years old, and currently wrapping up my law studies. I'm in uni 3-4 days a week, and when I'm not cramming in my room, I'm usually out and about. I'm looking for someone who loves socialising (I'm a yapper!) but also understands personal space. I love to host every now and then, and of course, you're more than welcome to do the same!

*Cleanliness is also a big thing as my current roomie and I are clean to a fault and prefer things neat and tidy x*
