The other flatmate is currently a 2nd-year PhD student in Theoretical Physics at KCL. He is a Russian guy with a very regular lifestyle, super nice, easy to talk to, and more on the introverted side. We’ve lived together for over a year.
Move-in requirements
Single occupancy only.
It’s okay to have your partner stay over occasionally, but please don’t have people staying overnight frequently.
Prefer someone with a regular schedule who can keep the shared areas quiet between 12:00 a. m. and 7:00 a. m., and try to avoid using the kitchen and living room during these hours so as not to disturb the other person.
Please help maintain cleanliness in the common areas, especially keeping the kitchen clean after cooking and eating.
Please do not frequently bring many people home or host parties.
