Looking to fill 2 bedrooms for sublet between January - March/April 2026 (Move in anytime after Christmas 2025)

The Flat

We’re in a safe, family vibe apartment complex along the canals in east London. We’re on the 5th floor (there’s a lift) and have a great balcony view. Two bathrooms with toilet/sink/shower (one is an en-suite).

The kitchen/living room is spacious with a table and very comfy couches. There’s a in flat washer/dryer as well as an air fryer, microwave, kettle etc.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Bromley by Bow station (easy access to the District/Hammersmith and Central lines) and a 10 minute walk from the DLR . Also a super convenient walk/tube journey to Victoria Park, Hackney Wick, Bethnal Green. Lots of cafes and wine bars in east London! There’s BIG Tesco a 5 minute walk away as well as a Little Sainsbury’s and a Simply Fresh.

Room 1 £1015

Double room with lots of space and natural light. Faces the East with morning sun. Full Closet, two dressers, and some under bed storage. Includes en-suite with toilet and shower.

Room 2 £1015

Double bedroom with closet, dresser, and under bed storage. Faces west and gets nice natural light throughout the day and evening. Across the hall from the second bathroom (not an en-suite but essentially another personal bathroom with toilet and tub shower).

Other details

Both rooms are available for £1015 - this division has been set by us but can be redetermined based on your preferences! Bills come to about £90 (Council tax and wifi).
