We are looking for an easygoing, professional guy (ideally 25–33) to rent a lovely, spacious double room in our fantastic 3-bedroom flat. The flat itself is incredibly nice, featuring an enormous living room and stunning skyline views, and you would be sharing a massive, modern bathroom with just one other person. It is in a highly convenient location for commuters, taking about 35 minutes to Central London from Bromley-by-Bow Station and just 25 minutes to Canary Wharf from Devons Road Station. The rent is £921 per month plus bills, and the room is available from late June to early October. While we are ideally looking for a short-term let, we are very open to someone who wants to renew for a full year!
