Room in highrise flat - Bow

Hello!

I am looking to get someone to take over the lease on my room in Bow from the very end of September onwards.

The apartment: Our flat is a three bedroom, 12th floor apartment with west facing large balcony overlooking the city. My room is a small bedroom with a double bed and east facing window. It has a side table, lamp and 2 wardrobes.

The flat mates: Ross and Yasha. Ross is a great friend of mine, into music, art, cooking and film. Yasha will be moving in at the same time you will be, he seems lovely but is unknown to me. It's a welcoming environment where we have been cooking for each other once a week, have privacy but also hang out regularly. Keeping a clean flat and respecting the space is very important.

This room would be ideal for someone looking to stay until next year at least as I want to transfer the prospective tenant onto the lease. That would involve providing the property management agency (Chase Evans) references, ID, occupation and a deposit. The lease resets on the 16th so the first two weeks would be a sublet then you would be officially on the lease.

Rent per month is £910 excluding bills (bills are £160 on average per month).

Kitchen is stocked with airfryer, slow cooker, washing machine, dish washer, hoover. It is right above a Sainsburys. 5 mins from a big Tesco. 1 min from the Bromley by Bow Underground station. There is a gym and secure bike storage in the building.
