House share available in Bromley-by-bow

We have a room to rent in a beautiful cottage on the canal in Bromley-By-Bow. It's available from mid-October, and comes with a double bed and wardrobe. It's £990 PCM which includes bills, from all your standard things to cleaning products for the house :)

The house has a huge communal living room, and will include space in there if you want to set up a wfh desk! As this is the smallest room in the house, we let the tenant have space around for any further storage they need. There's 2 toilets in the house, and also a beautiful garden/shared allotment space. We also have shared bike storage, and a huge loft if needed, plus Big Tesco is only like a 5 minute walk away!

The closest tube is Bromley-By-Bow (district/hammersmith), and Devon's Road (DLR) is also nearby, as well as Stratford so it's very well connected :)

Our current housemate is a sublet who's just finishing up her masters before she has to leave the UK, and you'll be sharing the house with myself and Perseus. I'm working in VFX, and Perseus is a costume designer, so any creatives please hit us up! Both of us are friendly, but also value our own space when needed. It's also a queer household, so goes without saying LGBTQ+ preferred

We can house a cat but unfortunately no dogs :( yes even after the new law annoyingly, private landlord rules differ wheeeee

The landlord is super chill, and we have a good relationship with him. He's attentive as he used to live in the cottages himself, so they're good at looking after the place for us when needed. The house is on a rolling contract, so whoever joins will be taking over the leaving housemate's contract whenever they can move in, open to talking about dates for this within reason!
