Hello! Our third flatmate is moving out of our home-y London flat after 2.5 years and we’re on the hunt for someone to take her room from mid to late October.

- Zone 2 location in East London (Bow area)
- 2 min walk from the tube
- Near a big Tesco and small Sainsbury's
-5 min walk from the gym (The Gym Group)
- 10 min lime bike to Victoria park (!)

The flat 🏡
- 3 bed flat
- £895/month rent (small furnished room with wardrobe, bed and side table- note there’s no room for a desk)
-Bills are around £140 each month
- Shared bathroom (with just one of us)
- View of central London plus a rooftop terrace with panoramic London views
- Also have a concierge + building security
-Need to pay a deposit and reference check required

We’re Alice and Hannah, both 26 years old, been living in London for 2.5 years

Hannah works as a wedding planner 💒 and Alice works in the environmental sector 🌱

We love making the house a home and making the most of the little moments, think friendsgiving dinners, movie nights and flat pub trivia! Always love a chat in the living room.
