Hey, we have a good size room available to let as our current tenant is moving in with his partner at the end of the month. We are two minutes from Bromley-by-Bow tube station and about the same from Devon's Road DLR. Perfectly situated for anybody whom works in EC London or Canary Wharf.
Flat has all mod cons, balcony, drinks cabinet, wine rack. The room is roughly 10ft by 12ft, with an extra area of doorway which means at it's longest point the room is 16ft (ish).
About us; we are Luke and Katie, both 24, both professionals working full-time, Luke from Manchester, Katie from Essex. As Katie is a teacher we generally get up very early during the week and gear most of our socialising towards the end of the week. So we'd prefer for a housemate to work Monday to Friday.
Monday to Friday lets will of course be considered for a discounted price. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
