Great double bedroom for single occupancy available to rent for a short term (ideally 3 months).
The flat is a brand new development located in the 17th floor. The views are breathtaking and, in the nice and sunny days it's nice to enjoy the views and the weather in the balcony, what is quite spacious.
Location - Marner Point is short distance from Mille End, Stratford, Canary Wharf, the O2 Arena, Shoreditch, the City (I work in Liverpool Street and takes me 15 minutes to get there easily). The underground station (Bromley-by-Bow) is literally downstairs. Hammersmith and City Line and District Line are of easy reach. The DLR can be easily reached (5 minutes walk) using Devon's Road station. London City Airport is just down the road :)
The complex is served of a Sainsbury's in the ground floor but there is a massive Tesco just crossing the road.
Bromley-by-Bow is in Zone 2.
Lounge/Kitchen - really good size (open-plan) with all the modern cons (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave, electric oven). Plenty of storage space. SmartTV. Internet with BT. Big and spacious sofa and armchair, dinning table with glass top.
Bathroom - massive bathroom only for your use (landlord has his own bathroom). There is a warm towel rack and underfloor heat in the bathroom.
Bedroom - good size double bedroom with good storage space (one wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side tables). Carpeted. There is underfloor heat so you can walk barefoot around the house (however, it's pretty warm with the double glazing despite the fact it is in the 17th floor). TV in the room.
The flatmate - I am a busy guy working in the fitness industry, in my early 40s, sociable, like my nights in reading and watching TV, like cooking, good chat and good listener. Always open to listen.
The complex gives you access to a fully equipped 24/7 gym in the lobby area (you don't have to pay to use it. Comes with the flat), plus 2 terraces located in the 17th and the 19th floor, ideal for those who want to tan or just admire the views.

So, looking to share the flat with someone reliable, easy going and professional. The idea of short term might change if works well. However, 3 months would be ideal.
