Single room with double bed available in East Lond

Hi there!
We have got a double room available in our 4 bedroom flat.
It is a single room with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.
The flat is lovely [ the same as the flatmates ;-) ] with a big living room, a modern kitchen ( with dishwasher, wash machine and dryer ), the bathroom and the toilet are refurbished.
We are looking for an easy going, respectul and neat person who enjoy spending time with their flatmates, having diner, watching movies, and enjoying the "London Lifestyle".
We like to have fun and are ALL passionate about music.
We are two guys and one girl all working and looking for an other girl who's working too ( to keep the balance ).
The flat is situated in Bromley-by-Bow, East London, zone 2 ( on the Hammersmith & City Line/District Line ) and close to the DLR ( Devons Road ).
The room is available on the 1st of September.
