Description
We are looking for one person to replace a flatmate who is moving abroad, to complete a friendly three-bedroom flatshare.
The flat is fully furnished, with a large kitchen and comfortable living room, and is conveniently located around 10 minutes’ walk from both Brondesbury (10 min walk) and Kilburn Station (Jubilee Line – 12 min walk).
This home is ideal for a working professional looking for a calm, clean, and homely environment. We’re especially looking for someone respectful, considerate, and easy-going who values a relatively quiet atmosphere during the week (especially after 10pm).
You’ll be sharing with two professional women working mainly from the office. While everyone enjoys their own space and independence, we also appreciate the occasional shared meal or drink together.
The room will be available as soon as possible due to the current flatmate relocating abroad.
The current contract runs until 22 August 2026. Please note that no replacement/substitution will be authorised before the end of the contract.
Bills are approximately £170/month and include water, electricity, WiFi, and council tax.
