En-suite double room in Brondesbury NW6

En-suite double room in a friendly 3-bed, 3-bathroom flat in Brondesbury, 2min walk from the Jubilee line at Kilburn Station (Zone 2). Room available to move in any date from 31st August to 21st September.

We are two young professionals (28yo teacher and 26yo working in finance) looking for a third housemate, as our current housemate is leaving to move in with her boyfriend. The flat and room are fully furnished, with a spacious shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen. We have a communal garden (shared with the flats above) and are a short walk from beautiful Queen's Park in one direction and West Hampstead in the other.

We are a friendly household and are always up for a chat, and we are respectful of the space and keep it clean. Ed (teacher) works at school 5 days a week and is around more in the school holidays, and Ainsley (working in finance) works in the office for most of the week but has some days at home. We're an LGBTQ+ friendly household (one of us is gay) and we are open to any and all potential housemates with no preference in terms of gender etc.
