Large double room in two story maisonette

I have someone who has offered to take the room but they don’t seem able to supply their referencing and this is holding up my own move which was meant to happen this weekend, as Dexters won’t sign off my referencing for my new flat until I have been replaced on my contract. I need to find someone ASAP to replace me in this current flat who can have their references supplied immediately.

I am currently moving out to be closer to work and looking for someone to take my room. Our flat is really well connected with a two minute walk to the overground and a five minute walk to the Jubilee line. My housemate who's remaining in the flat is a teacher and is super chill—he mostly keeps to himself (although is always down to talk films, music, and video games).

The flat has a large kitchen, lounge, and garden, and borders Queen's Park and is also only a short walk away from West Hampstead. It is a super great space for hosting and also in a really connected location for getting around to the rest of London.
