I'm moving out and will be letting out 2 rooms that I current occupy.
This is a duplex apartment, both rooms are located on the second floor. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with A LOT OF WARDROBE SPACE.

Bathroom to be shared, unless you are interested to rent out both rooms (like I am currently doing it)

Location is fantastic, with minimal noise all around. 24 hour buses, Kilburn, Kilburn Park, West Hampstead stations are within a 10 min walking distance.
You also have Brondesbury overground 5 min away.

Bills are not included and you will have to take over utilities with the current flatmate, so the cost will depend on your usage.

But on average it's an extra 150 (that is including council tax)

Council tax band is C, and is 144 pounds a month for the whole property (so roughly 48 pp)
