Hey! We are looking for 2 friendly, easygoing flat mates to rent our lovely rooms for the next term in our lovely 2-storey flat. The rent is £970 per calendar month, which includes all utility bills (gas, water, electricity and internet)
The room is spacious, fully furnished, and has a large window that lets in amazing natural light and fresh air. You’ll be sharing a well-equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, and a cozy patio — perfect for chilling or enjoying a coffee outside.
Our flat is in a super convenient location: just a 5-minute walk to Brondesbury Overground and 8 minutes to Kilburn Station, 10 mins walk to West Hampstead Overground & Underground and a 15 min walk to Thameslink. There are 24/7 grocery stores, a Primark, and a lovely park with a free outdoor gym just a few minutes away.
