1 night a week: £300 a month
2 nights a week: £400 a month
3 nights a week: £500 a month
4 nights a week: £600 a month

A good sized double bedroom in a 2 bed maisonette right next to Brondesbury overground and Kilburn underground station. Available from January 2025 (date negotiable).

Looking for a part-time female tenant for approx 3 nights a week (bills included). Also open to short term let options.

For previous part-time tenants, I've provided clean bedding and a towel and happy to continue to do this!

There's a shared living room and kitchen, with modern furnishings. The property has one main bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. Kitchen is equipped with oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and milk frother.

Perfect for someone living outside of London but working in a London office a couple of days a week!

I work for a TV drama production company. I’m often out in the evenings but would welcome someone for a bit of company in the week! I've lived here for 3+ years and it's a nice and homely place to live.
