Reduced rent in return for a little help with my border terrier, Benji — occasionally letting him out, feeding, short walks, or being around by arrangement.

The room is in a bright, welcoming and generously sized house with access to a lovely garden and roof terrace, and it’s also well set up for working from home. Great location close to Kilburn tube (Jubilee line), the Overground, and Queen’s Park. I’m looking for someone who would feel at home here and enjoy being part of a relaxed, friendly household.
