Looking for someone to fill a room in our 3 bedroom flat, split over 2 floors, with a great outdoor terrace from the 24th of Sept.

You'll be living with 2 guys - one working at Revolut and the other a data analyst. We’re both pretty easygoing, love sport, music and a good meal (plenty of great pubs and restaurants around Kilburn).

The bedroom is a decent size (photographed) comes with a mattress, bed frame and shelving unit. There's plenty of room to fit a desk if you need to WFH and the wifi is extremely fast.

The living room is large, with a projector and dining table. In the kitchen you have a dishwasher, washing machine and separate drier.

The flat is well positioned for getting around London with close access to the Jubilee line (Kilburn and Swiss cottage), the overground (Brondesbury and Kilburn High Rd) and the Thamselink from West Hampstead

Bills usually come in at around £150 a month.
