I’m seeking a friendly, social and professional flatmate to share this spacious 2 bedroom flat. .

Transport: Located only a 2 minute walk from Brondesbury Park (overground) 10 minute walk to Queens Park (tube & overground) 12 minute walk to Kilburn (tube). You can get to the West End in less than 15 minutes on the tube! There are also 24 hour buses routes close by (98/N98)

There is currently one other male flatmate (myself). I am friendly and considerate and I travel frequently with my work so there is a fair proportion of time you will have the flat to yourself.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, large drawers, double wardrobe, a small desk and chair.
Awesome space to work from home in.

Rent includes wifi, council tax & water but NOT gas & electricity. You will also need to pay 1 month rent as deposit and one month rent in advance.
