We have 1 x Double furnished room in a friendly houseshare located in Brondesbury Park, Zone 2.

:: COULD YOU BE THE ONE?
We are looking for someone who is friendly and sociable but also happy to do their own thing. If you are easy going, clean, tidy with a good sense of humour and willing to say hello to people in the hallway then you will fit in perfectly! No pets oh, and we are looking for a minimum stay of 6 months. Sorry, no short term lets as we hate goodbyes. We are looking for a single person only not couples.
:: THE HOUSE
We have a lovely large shared living room and dining room beside the kitchen. The house has 2 bathrooms and a toilet. We also have a cleaner who comes weekly. It’s not the newest house in the world, but everything works. It’s on a nice quiet road, in a great location and full of easy going hard working people. And it’s clean and warm.
:: GETTING AROUND
Great transport links and is close to reliable tube lines (Jubliee and Bakerloo, Kilburn + Queens Park), Overground (Brondesbury, Bronesbury Park) West Hampstead Thameslink (National Rail) and 24 hour bus routes. The house is also a short stroll from the lovely Queens Park.
:: HOW MUCH?
::Large Rooms: A total of £695 per month. All bills + household amenities and cleaner included. £695 for the house bond. There is a head tenant who you will be subletting from rather than a contract with the landlord but there haven't been any issues.
:: WHAT YOU GET FOR YOUR MONEY?
:: Bills: gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet, Sky TV and a great cleaner who comes weekly as well.
:: Common toiletries and household items like washing liquid, detergent etc.
:: A zone 2 located house on a leafy suburban street with exceptionally convenient transport links to all of London.

All interviews will be done on Friday 25th, Monday 28th and Tuesday 29th between 7-9pm. A decision will be made on Wednesday 30th and the new tenant can move in on Monday 4th November.
