Double room available in Brondesbury 2 bed flat

Hi everyone - I am looking for someone to replace my existing flatmate in our 2 bed ground floor flat situated in a quiet residential area between Brondesbury, Kilburn and Queen's Park. We are around a 5 minute walk from Brondesbury & Brondesbury Park overground stations, as well as a 5 minute walk from Kilburn underground station and with great amenities within close walking distance too (Tesco, Sainsbury's, restaurants, pubs etc)

The room is a spacious, double room with great storage space and furnishings. The flat also has a very spacious shared living room, a good sized shared kitchen and good sized shared bathroom. Our current lease ends at the end of August so I am looking for someone to move in from September 1st.

The room is available for £1250 including all bills, council tax (at its current rate), broadband etc. The flat is in council tax band D.

I am a professional in my late 20's, originally from the north of England but now working in consulting in London. I've lived here for 4 years now, including in this flat for 3 years, where we have a great relationship with the landlord who is easy to deal with and super helpful.

I am sociable, easy to get along and live with, clean and tidy. I enjoy going out to the pub for drinks or to watch/play sports (mainly football), but also enjoy some quiet time too. I'm generally in the office 4/5 days a week, but often back in the evenings and weekends.

Ideally looking for someone with a similar profile, but overall not too fussed about interests as long as you're clean, tidy and easy to get along with.
