December 1 month let Queen’s Park/kilburn

Hey! I’m going to Cape Town for December and subletting my room. It’s a stylish 2 bedroom flat 5 min walk from Kilburn Bakerloo line station and 2 min walk from Kilburn overground. 13 mins on the tube to Oxford Circus. 10 min walk to Queen’s Park. Bang in the middle of Hampstead Heath and Notting Hill. My sister will be here for two weeks of the month then she will go to our family home for Xmas. she is a lawyer and goes to the office all week and works from 8am and comes home to bed around midnight so you won’t ever see her!
