We have two huge double rooms available in a spacious, welcoming flat. One room (furnished) is available as soon as referencing and checks are completed, and the second room (unfurnished) will be available from 6th August. Rent is £1050/month with bills about £165/month - Council tax band E

The flat has a large shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shared bathroom. It's in a great location with excellent transport links and plenty of shops, cafés, and supermarkets nearby.

We're hoping to find housemates who are looking for more than just somewhere to sleep. We'd love to live with people who are happy to chat after work, have the occasional movie night, grab a drink at the pub, or cook together every now and then, while also respecting each other's personal space and downtime. We all have our own lives, but it's important to us that the flat feels like a home rather than a house full of strangers.

The two girls you'll be living with are friendly, easy-going, and respectful. We keep the shared spaces clean, communicate openly, and enjoy creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.
