This fantastic property is 8 minutes from Kilburn Station (Jubilee Line) and 5 minutes from Brondesbury Park Station (Overground). Queens park is 10 minutes away.

There's a shared living room/kitchen and a small balcony. We are 2 friendly professionals (Spanish and Italian). Nuria works 2 days from home and 3 days in the office. Lore doesn’t have set days, but also works hybrid.

Qualities which are a must, tidy and considerate — this is home. And ideally, someone who participates in the homey and friendly atmosphere of the house.

Looking for someone who does not work from home or works in hybrid mode, and is looking to move in from 31 October.

I am leaving as moving in with my fiancé.
