Lovely sunny room overlooking back garden

Hi there :

We're looking for a friendly person to join us in our gorgeous three storey home. We are open to mature students, however, professionals are preferred. We are 4 girls, in our mid to late 20’s and we are all good friends. We’re looking for someone that can easily fit into our home.

Here is a little info about us...

We’ve lived here for the last 3 years and have had some really great memories! The house does very much feel our home, and we want to find someone that will fit in well to it.

We enjoy having friends over for brunch or drinks on the evenings or weekends. We are all hard workers, working during the week. We do a variety of different jobs! From IT to fashion... We’re all quite creative in various ways and we enjoy going to festivals and party’s as well as going out for Sunday roasts and strolls by the river. We do all like a party but since mostly we’re in our late 20’s we’re definitely at the tail end of it now! We always try to be respectful of each other and the neighbours when it comes to noise.

An ideal housemate would be easy going, fun, tidy and care as much about the house as we do!

We are looking for someone who is someone sociable who gets on well with all of us.

This is a room overlooking the garden below and gets lots of light throughout the day. It will fit a double bed or a single bed if you need more space for other furniture.

The room is unfurnished apart from some inbuilt drawers and a built-in clothes rail.

We have a single camp bed that can be used if you want temporarily.

There are three bathrooms, one on each floor. We have a shower, a bath and a plunge bath.

We have a spacious open plan dining/living room area and a kitchen which leads onto the back garden.

The house is within walking distance of four tube stations -Shepherds Bush, Hammersmith, Goldhawk Rd and Kensington Olympia.
Great location as Westfield shopping centre is only 15 minutes walk away 🙂
