Hey! Looking for a new flatmate for our beautiful 3 bedroom flat, located in Brook Green (W14) and available from July 2024.

The flat is spread across three floors. The Mezzanine holds the kitchen (all modern appliances) and first bathroom (with shower and bath), the first floor holds the front-facing living room and 1 bedroom, and the second floor holds 2 more bedrooms and a second bathroom (with shower). The flat is very large and spacious in great condition, with a very considerate landlord, and we take very good care of it.

The monthly rent and bills comes in at £1072, which is fantastic value for the area. The bedroom will be left mostly unfurnished and is located on the second floor at the back of the house, so is very quiet. Newly fitted blackout blinds and curtains will come with the room.

The house is managed through an agency and contracts and reference forms will have to be filled out and processed, and we are hoping this can be done in early July.

We are busy, work-orientated, professional people - having a good laugh, whilst respecting each other’s privacy.

We’re looking for a housemate who is very clean, professional and respectful. The flat is located on a beautiful, quiet street, within walking distance to District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith and City, Central and Overground lines, and a stone’s throw from Holland Park and Hyde Park.
